About Vaishakhi

A published author, Vaishakhi Bharucha has held several leadership positions in the advertising, marketing and IT industries. She has been a Senior Creative Lead in Ogilvy and successfully set up a one-of-a-kind Customer Visit Experience Function in an IT organization.

Vaishakhi has a strong strategic planning and creative strategy background that she brings to any project she handles. Winner of several awards in advertising, contributor of several forums and national and international Advertising Award juries, Vaishakhi is an avid blogger and thrives on content marketing. Trainer, Facilitator, Mentor and Coach Vaishakhi also holds the certification of the Existential Universe Mapper (I).

A Certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator (2018), Vaishakhi has worked with large multinationals and educational institutions to design and facilitate workshops that are designed to bring in the necessary insights and results.
